Local Delivery & Installation
For parts of the Canterbury region, we offer a delivery and installation service, meaning you don’t need to do a thing. Our team will deliver and install your garden so you are all ready to go to fill it with your chosen soil and then plant your veggies.
Prices for delivery and installation depend on your exact location and ease of access to your property. The map and prices below are indicative only and your final delivery and install price is confirmed at checkout.
Should you find that your location is not covered by our map below please feel free to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Note that should access at your property be restricted your confirmed price at checkout does not cover any additional labour to pull the garden apart to lift it into place. We reserve the right to charge additional fees should this be required and will only ever be charged with prior approval and before additional work commences.
If you are unsure about access to your property please get in touch, a simple photo/discussion can usually answer most questions.
Shipping FAQs
How long will it take to get my orders?
All gardens are made to order and timeframes do vary depending on our workload. Once ready for dispatch please allow another 3 to 5 days for delivery depending on your location.
Can I pick my order up directly from you?
Yes you certainly can. For customers picking up directly from us, you have two options. We can give it to you in a flat pack or we can have most of the garden and canopy ready so you have minimal work to do once you get it home. This is most people’s preferred option.
What size trailer do I need to pick the garden up?
The best internal deck size is 8’x 5’ (2400mm x 1500mm). Please contact us if you’re unsure about your trailer size and we can help guide you.
I live in Christchurch or a close surrounding area, can you deliver and install my garden?
We certainly can. Price depends on your location and how easy your property is to access to install the garden. We have set local delivery and install prices available on our delivery page and these prices are also displayed at checkout.
What are your Nationwide shipping rates?

Where will my garden be delivered to?
All gardens are delivered nationwide to your closest Toll Freight Depot which you can select at the time of checkout.
Is it possible to have my flatpack delivered to my door?
Our delivery rates are for the flatpack delivered to your closest Toll Transport depot, it is sometimes possible to have this delivered to your door. Please contact us for a quote.
