What is your lead-time?
We are unable to give exact time frames as all gardens are made to order, and our lead times do change season to season with Spring being our busiest period. Always feel free to get in touch at any time to check what our current lead time is.
What timber is my garden made of?
All garden bases are made of NZ grown Macrocarpa. Canopies are made of Macrocarpa, Larch and Oregon.
How long will the timber last?
We have specifically selected and used timber and components in the building of your garden which provide as much longevity as possible. We cannot put a time frame on this as so many factors are at play. For example where is your garden going to be situated, is it exposed to salt water etc.
Do you use PVC or Polycarbonate for the clear cladding on the outside?
We only use Polycarbonate due to its superior strength.
Can I make my own adjustments to the garden?
Of course, it’s your garden. However, please note we do not cover any faults caused by these adjustments or changes.
Do you have a display model we can view?
Yes we do for Christchurch based customers. This is located at Intelligro Rolleston 261 Manion Road, Weedons Christchurch 7677. While visiting we would highly recommend looking at the various products they offer to fill your garden.
Does your price include GST?
Yes all prices displayed include GST.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as direct bank transfers. This is displayed to you as you make your way through the checkout process on our website.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
All gardens are made to order and timeframes do vary depending on our workload. Once ready for dispatch please allow another 3 to 5 days for delivery depending on your location.
Can I pick my order up directly from you?
Yes you certainly can. For customers picking up directly from us, you have two options. We can give it to you in a flat pack or we can have most of the garden and canopy ready so you have minimal work to do once you get it home. This is most people’s preferred option.
What size trailer do I need to pick the garden up?
The best internal deck size is 8’x 5’ (2400mm x 1500mm). Please contact us if you’re unsure about your trailer size and we can help guide you.
I live in Christchurch or a close surrounding area, can you deliver and install my garden?
We certainly can. Price depends on your location and how easy your property is to access to install the garden. We have set local delivery and install prices available on our delivery page and these prices are also displayed at checkout.
What are your Nationwide shipping rates?

Where will my garden be delivered to?
All gardens are delivered nationwide to your closest Toll Freight Depot which you can select at the time of checkout.
Is it possible to have my flatpack delivered to my door?
Our delivery rates are for the flatpack delivered to your closest Toll Transport depot, it is sometimes possible to have this delivered to your door. Please contact us for a quote.
